Twitter commonly drops my follows (friends), and may wipe out your entire list in a catastrophic failure.

Also, I'd like to export lists of groups. Like, I could export my family group or my work group and share it with a friend. Obviously, the second stage of this feature would be an import and auto-follow (and I can imagine problems associated with this feature).
