Set the in_reply_to_status_id API param when replying
When replying to another user's tweet, Twhirl needs to set the in_reply_to_status_id API parameter so that the reply is correctly associated with the original tweet.
Currently, Twhirl does not set this param, which means that replying to a tweet from Twhirl results in unintelligible conversations since Twhirl replies aren't associated with any other tweet and can't be threaded.
Implemented in v.0.9

i'm not sure if twhirl has addressed this yet, but it also mishandles cases where in_reply_to_status_id is NOT set - and redirects me to a bad URL
this issue is here: http://feedback.twhirl.org/pages/general/suggestions/115206-when-i-click-on-replies-i-get-a-page-not-found
cheers twhirl

This should be on replies and retweets.
